
Davao City โ Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)- Region 11 was awarded today for its commendable process-defined human resource management.
On behalf of DOLE 11 employees and staff, Regional Director (RD) Ofelia B. Domingo received the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Bronze Award from CSC 11 Director Adams D. Torres at the DOLE Regional Office.
As stated in CSC Resolution No. 2000148, DOLE 11 has met the PRIME HRM Level-2 Maturity Indicators in the Systems, Practices and Competencies of the four core HRM systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Performance Management; Learning and Development; and Rewards and Recognition.
RD Domingo expressed her gratitude to CSC for recognizing DOLE 11โs efforts in improving its HRM system and practices.
Presentation of DOLE 11’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in the entire DOLE 11 portal was exhaustively discussed by RD Domingo.
She emphasized that competency assessment will be integrated in the HRIS to achieve level 4 PRIME-HRM recognition next year.
โThe Department will continue to observe Civil Service Law and rules, comply with PRIME HRM standards, and keep up with latest trends on HRM systems improvement.โ she added.
