A total of 11,882 vacancies are available for the upcoming Labor Day “Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan” (TNK) Job and Business Fairs on May 1 and 2, 2018.

TNK which was first conducted last year is a partnership between the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Department of Trade Industry (DTI). The activity aims to cover not only jobs but also promote entrepreneurship through business fairs.

This year’s 115^th Labor Day Celebration’s theme is dubbed as “Pagpugay sa Manggagawang Pilipino: Dangal ng lahi, kabalikat sa progresibong pagbabago.”

For Davao Region, TNK Job and Business Fairs will be held at Gaisano Mall of Davao. Pre-registration and mini-job fair will be from April 26 to 30.

As of April 13, 2018, DOLE XI has already solicited 11,882 job vacancies for both local and overseas while DTI will be conducting their Diskwento Caravan and business seminars simultaneously. DOLE assisted livelihood associations will also be present for the Livelihood Fair.

Moreover, there will also be a basketball tournament among the Regional Tripartite Industry Peace Council XI partners in line with the Labor Day Celebration.
