A total of 150 active members of the Regional Tripartite Industrial Peace Council XI (RTIPC XI) and the Industry Tripartite Council (ITC) throughout Davao Region received health kits from the Department of Labor and Employment XI as part of its social responsibilities to contribute to the government’s effort to curb and prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace.
The health kits, consisting of clear face shields, disposable face masks, alcohol, and hand soaps, were distributed to active members of the Academe, Banana, Construction, Information Technology-Business Process Management, Maritime, Mining, and Tourism industries during the 4th Quarter RTIPC Meeting on December 27, 2021. The DOLE XI Field Offices will spearhead the distribution of health kits to the remaining active members in January 2022. This activity is supported by the Bureau of Labor Relations.
