IGACOS – A satellite office of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XI will be created in the Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS). This development was made possible after the MOA signing between DOLE XI Regional Director Raymundo G. Agravante and IGACOS City Mayor Al David T. Uy on October 9, 2018.
