The Department of Labor and Employment Region XI is pleased to announce the new designation of two directors in the Office of the Regional Director – Atty. Randolf C. Pensoy as the OIC-Regional Director, succeeding RD Ofelia B. Domingo who retired last June 25, 2021, and Atty. Jason P. Balais as the OIC-Assistant Regional Director.

Atty. Pensoy has been with DOLE XI since October 2020 as the Assistant Regional Director. Prior to his appointment at DOLE XI, he served as Public Attorney in Digos City Public Attorney’s Office for more than 10 years.

Atty. Balais started as the Mediator-Arbiter of DOLE XI in 2011. He has held the position of Director II since 2017. It has been 10 years since he joined the department.

The designation of Atty. Pensoy and Atty. Balais took effect on June 25, 2021.
