Tagum City – The Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office XI conducted a 2019 Year-End Performance Assessment and Recognition of Outstanding PESOs and JPOs at DavNor Gym, Davao del Norte Sports and Tourism Complex, Mankilam, Tagum City last January 9 & 10, 2020.

The activity was participated by PESO Managers, Job Placement Officers, DOLE XI personnel from the regional and different field offices and distinguished guests from Davao Region.

The Governor of Davao del Norte, Hon. Edwin I. Jubahib, delivered the keynote speech lauding the accomplishments and achievements of the Public Employment Service Offices in the region. He is thankful for the exce! ptional performance and efficient service provided to the grassroot level. He pointed out that true service as a public servant is through addressing the basic needs of the people.

Moreover, DOLE XI Regional Director, Mr. Raymundo G. Agravante, likewise showed his gratitude for the unending support and active participation of the PESOs and JPOs in their active and efficient implementation of DOLE programs.  He congratulated all the winners declared in the recent National PESO Congress in Bacolod City and ended his message with the note, “plan for the best, surpass all your 2019 performance, and harvest more awards.” DOLE XI Assistant Regional Director, Atty. Jason P. Balais, also commended the unending support from the local chief executives of Davao Region.

Highlighting the activity was the awarding of Outstanding PESOs in 2019 with Special Awards, Excellence Awards, Major Awards, BEST PESOs, and Special Recognition for the Retirees, in recognition to their outstanding performances in public service.
