After having been assessed and completed the requirements, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XI has now been granted ISO 9001-2015 Certification.

The Certificate of Registration was formally awarded to DOLE XI headed by Regional Director Raymundo G. Agravante by AJA Registrars Inc. representative during the sidelines of the DOLE XI Flag Raising Program on March 26, 2018.

DOLE XI has received the certificate of attestation last December 28, 2017 informing that the Regional Office and its operating units have successfully completed and passed the Certification Audit to ISO 9001:2015 conducted by AJA Registrars, Inc. on December 21-22, 2017.

Under the new ISO 9001-2015, risk-based thinking on its different business processes is given prime importance.

“With ISO 9001-2015, DOLE XI clients are now assured that delivery of services will be more efficient and effective,” Director Agravante said.

The Department’s ISO 9001:2015 Certification is valid until March 2021.
