NATIONAL DISASTER RESILIENCE MONTH. The Department of Labor and Employment XI staff joins the 2017 National Disaster Resilience Month 2017 motorcade on Monday, July 3, 2017. The Parade began at Dacudao Avenue and ended at Rizal Park wherein a short program for the ceremonial kick-off ceremony of the month-long celebration with the theme: “4Ks: Kamalayan sa Kahandaan, Katumbas ay Kaligtasan.”  President Rodrigo R. Duterte recently signed Executive Order No. 29 “Renaming the National Disaster Consciousness Month (NDCM) to National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM)” shifting the focus of the celebration from Disaster Awareness Building to Disaster Resilience. Ryan D.
