It was a night of awe and inspiration, a parade of lights and glitters coming from the spirit of Christmas and the glow of all the participants and contenders among the crowd.  Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Managers from the different Local Government Units, Provinces, Schools and Non-Government Organization gathered together and showcased their best practices and implementation of the program to vie for the 2011 best PESOs.  After a whole day’s session of assessment of 2011 performance in a wild Wild West mood, the whole group performed with delight and gusto as each one awaits who the winners are.  RD Suyao welcomed everyone and extended his congratulations to all PESOs for a job well done in 2011.  He stressed further that with all the developments and achievements that we have earned, he is looking forward to a more productive and more cooperative Region XI PESO come 2012.
