DOLE XI is recognized for its innovative strategies in concretizing its programs and services to expedite its delivery to the clients and ensure that all systems and procedures are in place.  Director Suyao said that “some remarkable push factors why DOLE XI garnered the award were the installation of the electronic Public Employment Service Office – Statistical Performance Reporting System (PESO-SPRS) and the electronic Labor Market Information (LMI) system in the region that paved way to the strengthening of the data bases of all PESOs, as well as the establishment of Community Enterprise Development projects in all provinces in Davao region that helped bolster the increase of employment levels and develop the entrepreneurial skills of Dabawenyos.”

Director Suyao expressed his gratitude to the committee on Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) for recognizing the synergy of efforts and collaborative actions of the regional office in coordination with partner agencies, local government units, PESOs and other stakeholders.  He dedicated the award to all DOLE XI personnel for their hardwork, dedication and commitment to ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of better service to the workers in Davao region.
