Davao City – In relation to President Duterte’s whole-of-nation approach on Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC), the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) XI leads in the harmonization of the five (5) DILG-lead clusters’ implementation plan for Davao region.

In response to E.O. 70 known as “Institutionalizing the Whole-of-Nation Approach in Attaining Inclusive and Sustainable Peace, Creating a National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, and Directing the Adoption of a National Peace Framework”, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XI earlier this year has prepared its plan and presented it for inclusion in the implementation plan during the meeting on August 29, 2019 at The Ritz Hotel, this city. (By Eduardo P.
