On this premise comes OWWA’s Information Technology (IT) Training which is a literacy program that provides OFWs and their families training and access to technology to bridge the communication gap between the OFW and his/her family, and allow them to communicate with each other through the Internet.
Free of charge, the ten-day training is open to all active and inactive OWWA members and their families. Basic applications to learn include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, MS Office Publisher, Windows Movie Maker, and Adobe Photoshop.
