Under Republic Act No. 10398, series of 2012, which declares November 25 of every year as the “National Consciousness Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Children” (VAWC), as well as Presidential Proclamation No. 1172, series of 2006, which declares November 25 to December 12 of every year the observance of the “18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women” (VAW), all agencies are enjoined to participate in the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) on November 25 to December 12, 2019.

In view of the above, the CSC Regional Office XI issued Announcement dated November 18, 2019, addressed to all Head of Agencies in Region XI, for their information and guidance.

Agencies are requested to submit report to its respective CSC Field Offices on any activities undertaken relative to the observance of the 2019 18-Day Campaign to End VAW on December 13, 2019.

Agencies are also encouraged to send photos of any related office activities which will be posted in the official Facebook account of this Office from November 25 to December 12, 2019. Please send your high resolution photos with complete information to cscro11@yahoo.com and hrdro11@yahoo.com.
