On July 22, 2011, DOLE – Technical Services and Support Division (TSSD) initiated the conduct of DOLE Integrated Livelihood Programs (DILP) Proposal Evaluation Orientation for its Livelihood team and Program Holders. It was participated in by all the Provincial Officers, Livelihood program focal persons and other program holders including Internal Management Services Division (IMSD) personnel concerned.  Commission on Audit (COA) State Auditor V Atty. Purita Bernales talked about COA Circular on the grants of livelihood funds.  Atty. Jason Balais presented the elements of a good proposal while Mr. Allan R. Baban talked about Understanding evaluation criteria.  The group came up with standard criterion in the evaluation of submitted project proposals for approval.  A follow up activity on Basic Accounting Orientation and introduction of a monitoring system for DOLE XI will be the next activity for the teams.
