Davao City – The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) XI conducted a capacity building for PESO Managers and Migrant Help Desk Coordinators of Davao Region to empower them more in delivering their services to the Filipinos in Davao region.
In his inspirational message, DOLE XI Regional Director Raymundo G. Agravante praised the Davao Region PESO Managers for the honors they received during the PESO Congress held in October this year in Bacolod City.
“Before I deliver my message to you, let me reiterate my heartfelt congratulations to you PESO Managers of Davao Region for emerging as Best of the Bests during the PESO Congress in Bacolod City in October 2019; For the information of everybody, PESO Davao Region gathered honors as follows: For Best PEIS (PESO Employment Information System), nanalo ang PESO Davao City, PESO Tagum City, and SPAMAST Digos JPO; For Best PhilJobNet, hinakot nang PESO Tagum City at PESO San Isidro, Davao Oriental;” RD Agravante announced.

“This only shows that you have given “YOUR ALL” as regards the 5E’s of PESO: Employment Facilitation, Employment Policy, Employment Enhancement, Employment Creation, and Employment Conservation, which translate into your superb implementation of Integrity on Referral & Placement, Career Employment Coaching, Provision of Livelihood, and the SPES Program; PESO Managers, continue to shine. Kon sa hugot pa sa mga millennials karon, “Shine Pa More”, he added.
