Mrs. Maria Tomasa Tabusares graced with her presence the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP)-Davao Chapter 464th General Membership Meeting on May 28, 2015 at Blue Chateau, Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davao City. PMAP is a professional organization of member companies and individual management executives engaged in human resource management and industrial relations work.

The Regional Tripartite Wages Productivity Board- XI was requested by PMAP-Davao to give a learning session entitled “Productivity 101” in line with the activity’s theme “Labor, Human relations and Productivity”.  Productivity 101 aims to explain the basic concepts of productivity and global competition as well as to stress the role of labor and management in productivity improvement through the employment of different tools and HR-related approaches.

A representative from the Department of Labor and Employment- Region XI also took part in this event by giving a lecture on labor and human relations. Attendees expressed their delight to know that RTWPB is giving productivity trainings and technical assistance for free.
